Financial Assistance
The Benevolent Fund was established to provide limited financial assistance to full-time UOWD undergraduate and postgraduate students in serious financial crisis due to medical or other emergencies.
Each application is reviewed by a Committee comprised of UOWD staff and faculty who will review each application to determine the merit of the request.
If the application is approved the Benevolent Fund Committee will decide upon the amount to be awarded. This financial assistance is a one-time payment and does not need to be paid back to the University.
